Great News!

There are many life changes happening to the VikingShire Family! As some of you know, we have been looking for a property so that all of our family could live next to each other and continue our homesteading way of life. It has been a grueling three years trying to find the perfect place. We looked all over... WA, ID, OR, MT and even as far east as KY and OK but the places we found were never quite right... Until now! We have found the perfect place and the best news is that it is right here where we have always called home. It is a small farm in the beautiful small town of Benton City and it is adjacent to my parent's small farm where my son now resides. We will be combining the two properties and making it our long awaited family compound. My daughter and her family will be joining me and we will be striving to get the last family unit, my daughter-in-law's grandparents, to join us. So, long story short... WE ARE MOVING!! though not very far. We are so very thankful to be able to realize our dreams and to remain in the area with family and friends. Dreams do come true... with persistence, patience and prayers.
